Conducted via a web questionnaire from December 4 to 8, 2025, and January 5 to 8, 2026, the survey aimed to capture the voices of a diverse age group, ensuring an even representation of 50s, 60s, and 70s respondents.

1. Accumulating and Hoarding Items: Topping the list, women expressed a strong desire to let go of physical possessions. 2. Health Issues and Ailments: Ranking second, the desire to overcome discomforts such as chronic pain resonated strongly. Younger respondents, particularly those in their 50s, emphasized wanting to regain control over their health and well-being.
3. Obligatory Relationships: Graduating from relationships that feel more like obligations was third on the list. Many women highlighted a yearning to escape tedious social ties, favoring a life where they can choose to engage only with those they genuinely connect with.
