Nadaman's Unique Limited Edition Bento Celebrations

Nadaman Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has recently launched new culinary ventures with its restaurants "Kyoto Minami-za Nadaman Tonkatsu" in Kyoto and "Shabu Shabu & Sukiyaki Specialist Nadaya" in Fukuoka. To commemorate these new openings, a limited-time offering of special bento boxes will be available at six locations in the Kansai region and three in Fukuoka.

Special Bento in Kansai

In the Kansai region, the six Nadaman Kitchen locations will offer a unique version of the popular "Pork Kakuni Katsu" bento. This dish has been thoughtfully reimagined, featuring pork belly that has been marinated in salt koji and carefully simmered before being fried, ensuring it remains delicious even when unaccompanied or unheated. The bento comes paired with a tantalizing bamboo shoot rice complemented by steamed chicken, vibrant vegetables, and a special sesame vinegar sauce that creates a harmonious blend of flavors.

Moreover, at three specific stores—JR Kyoto Isetan, Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store, and Osaka Takashimaya—customers will find the bento beautifully packaged in special wrapping designed to reflect the theme of "Yoshitsune Senbonzakura," tying the culinary experience to the rich cultural elements of Kyoto.
