Transforming Organizations through Automation: HILLTOP's Inspiring Local Tours Extended till August 2026

Transforming Businesses through Automation

HILLTOP Corporation, based in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, is revolutionizing the traditional image of a metalworking factory by embracing technology and innovation. Originally a small, oil-stained subcontractor, HILLTOP has grown into a leading company attracting numerous job applications from across the nation. Through its unique production management system, HILLTOP is redefining what it means to engage in manufacturing while ensuring that its employees thrive.

Following the success of their onsite tours, HILLTOP has announced additional sessions in April, June, and August 2026. These tours provide a firsthand look at how automation technology is not just streamlining production but also creating an environment where people can shine. HILLTOP invites you to see this transformation in person.

A Journey from a Traditional Workshop to a Dream IT Factory

HILLTOP has successfully transitioned from its roots as a traditional workshop to a forward-thinking IT manufacturing plant. By digitizing the entire metallic processing process, the organization has developed an automated production system that operates 24/7, powered by programming the skills of its craftsmen. The company's facilities boast a bright and colorful design, meticulous organization, and cheerful employees, all embodying their philosophy that “manufacturing should be enjoyable.”

Visitors attending the guided tours will experience HILLTOP's engaging blend of technological advancements and employee satisfaction in an inspiring “future factory.”
