SuitsUp Launches GX Support Campaign
Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is excited to announce the launch of a GX (Green Transformation) support campaign for its team project and task management tool, SuitsUp. This initiative aims to provide businesses with an opportunity to enhance their efficiency in project management, promoting a more sustainable approach in their operations.
SuitsUp GX Support Campaign
From October 28 to November 7, 2025, Suits Inc. will invite applications from businesses actively pursuing GX initiatives. Three selected companies will be granted a three-month free trial of SuitsUp’s monthly subscription fee by applying through our dedicated contact form, specifying "GX Support Campaign" in their inquiry. You can find the application form

A recent simulation by our company indicates that for a firm with 30 employees, conducting task progress checks twice daily can result in a staggering cost of 1.19 million yen over a month (based on 20 working days). This financial burden can be significantly reduced by implementing effective task management practices, which enhance the visibility of tasks within teams.
However, according to research conducted by Nulab (from October 6 to 10, 2023), regarding the current state of task management among businesses with less than 1,000 employees, it was found that the methods utilized for task management tend to lean towards personal management tools. Specifically, 31.2% use email or calendar features, 30.6% rely on handwritten notes or planners, and merely 14.3% use business chats for team collaboration. In contrast, only 25.2% are utilizing Excel or spreadsheets, and a mere 11.7% employ dedicated task management tools for team collaborations.
This highlights the need for team task management within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve overall labor productivity. Thus, we initiated the GX Support Campaign, which we believe will be the first step towards fostering a productive environment among SMEs and startups.
Many organizations involved in GX initiatives are still using spreadsheets for project management associated with decarbonization and energy transitions. We encourage those responsible for GX efforts to try out SuitsUp, as it can streamline communications and progress management within teams, ultimately leading to more fruitful project outcomes.
We are committed to continuously hosting campaigns that facilitate the easy adoption and operation of team task management for SMEs through SuitsUp.
