LUNATIC FEST. 2025 Special Broadcast Unveiled

The highly anticipated rock festival, LUNATIC FEST. 2025, organized by the renowned Japanese rock band LUNA SEA, is just around the corner. Scheduled to take place at Makuhari Messe in Chiba on November 8-9, 2025, this year marks its third edition, following successful events in 2015 and 2018. This festival reaches a significant milestone, as it celebrates a decade since its inaugural event.

With the aim of showcasing the best rock music across various genres and generations, LUNATIC FEST. continues to bring together an impressive lineup of artists. The 2025 festival will feature 19 noteworthy acts, including LUNA SEA, BRAHMAN, BUCK-TICK, DIR EN GREY, GODLAND, Lynch., MUCC, MY FIRST STORY, NEMOPHILA, Novelbright, Rin Toshite Shigure, ROTTENGRAFFTY, SIAMSOPHIA, SID, T.M.Revolution, THE YELLOW MONKEY, UVERworld, and 9mm Parabellum Bullet, all coming together to deliver an electrifying experience over two days.

In conjunction with the festival, DWANGO Co., Ltd. has announced an extensive 33-hour special program to be broadcast live on Niconico. The program entitled LUNATIC FEST. 2025 x Niconico 33-Hour Live Broadcast Special will kick off at 10:30 AM on November 8, streaming until 8:00 PM on November 9. This initiative offers fans who can't attend the physical event an immersive look into the festival’s atmosphere from the comfort of their homes.

The special program promises to deliver backstage access with exclusive artist interviews scheduled before and after their live performances. Furthermore, popular talent Tam-Tam, known for his impersonations of LUNA SEA's vocalist RYUICHI, will report from the merchandise and food areas, ensuring viewers feel the excitement and energy of the event. Additionally, audience interviews will portray the vibrant enthusiasm of attendees, creating a captivating showcase of the festival.

After the first day's broadcast concludes, the program will also feature a repeat segment for fans to relive the highlights, extending the experience for both on-site attendees as well as viewers online.
