On July 25, 2025, the company finalized its acquisition of Ting's fiber infrastructure covering crucial areas in Montezuma and La Plata Counties in Colorado, as well as San Juan County in New Mexico. According to Doug Seacat, President of Clearnetworx, this acquisition significantly shortens their deployment timeline, allowing for quicker access to services for more customers.

With over 12,000 active fiber customers across Western Colorado and Northern New Mexico, Clearnetworx has already established a strong presence in towns like Durango, Bayfield, and Cortez, CO, as well as Farmington, NM. The newly acquired infrastructure aligns perfectly with their ongoing state and federally funded network expansion projects in areas like Pagosa Lakes and along Highways 160 and 184. This move indicates Clearnetworx's commitment to improving internet access for everyone, particularly in less populated areas where options have traditionally been limited.
