This hot and gooey fondant chocolat is a special creation available only during winter. At Patisserie Minimal, a chocolate-centric patisserie, desserts are crafted seasonally, incorporating fresh, local fruits with exquisite chocolate. This winter, the fondant chocolat features a beautifully gooey center filled with warm chocolate, complemented by a rich blonde chocolate ice cream, fresh apples, and zesty Sanbokan citrus topped with raspberry sauce. It's a treat that captures the essence of the season in every bite.

The chocolate used in the fondant is crafted from Tanzanian cacao beans, known for their fruity notes reminiscent of apples. This premium chocolate balances the rich flavors with a lighter, fresher profile. Surrounding the fondant, you'll find fresh “Granny Smith” apples from the Marukame Orchard in Nagano, served as a tart compote and jam.
