The highly anticipated event, 'Bread! Scone! Bagel!', will take place for the first time from September 26 (Friday) through September 29 (Monday) at the event space on the 7th floor of Odakyu Department Store, Shinjuku. During this exciting four-day event, attendees can explore a diverse selection from 34 carefully chosen vendors offering over 350 varieties of breads, scones, and bagels. This is a unique opportunity for both food enthusiasts and casual eaters to indulge in delightful baked creations.

In collaboration with renowned bread coordinator Mayumi Mori, this event will feature exclusive selections from Hokkaido, showcasing the unique flavors and textures that these regional breads have to offer. Moreover, the Japan Bread Coordinators Association will present an array of international breads, allowing participants to take a global culinary journey without leaving Tokyo.

Special Guest Talk Show by Hiroaki Ikeda


On September 26, a special talk show will be hosted by Hiroaki Ikeda, who runs 'Pan Labo' (Bread Lab) and serves as the chairman of the NPO Shinmugi Collection. The session will feature tastings from four participating vendors, where attendees can enjoy sampling different types of country loaves (campagnas) while learning the art of gourmet bread tasting.
