On August 21, 2026, Roppongi Sushi Yu is set to host a special dinner featuring Japan's celebrated sake brand, Uta Shiro. This one-night-only event invites guests to indulge in exquisite sushi crafted by Chef Yamashita, known for his experience at two Michelin-starred restaurants and Kyoto's long-established Nakamura-Rou.
An Unforgettable Culinary Experience
An exploration of flavors awaits attendees as this event will showcase a full-course Kaiseki sushi dining experience complemented by a tasting of Uta Shiro. Welcoming Seichi Kato, the young and visionary sake brewer behind Uta Shiro, diners will be treated to a selection of 8 to 10 different sake types, celebrated for their freshness and lightness, which harmonize beautifully with each culinary dish.
