On January 1, 2025, in celebration of World Introvert Day, HushLoudly proudly announced the outstanding companies that have made significant strides in promoting inclusion for introverted individuals within their work environments. This recognition highlights organizations that have implemented innovative practices, developed employee resource groups (ERGs), and created other beneficial initiatives for introverts.

Dr. Jeri Bingham, the founder of HushLoudly and Black Introvert Week, expressed the importance of recognizing the introverted half of the world. She stated, "Half the world is introverted, and these corporations and publishers recognize that creating environments where employees and audiences feel seen and heard can positively impact the overall work culture. Their commitment is demonstrated through the development of tailored initiatives addressing the unique needs of introverted employees, communities, and audiences, prioritizing psychological safety, as well as professional and personal well-being."

This year's list features four U.S.-based companies and one from the UK that have taken exceptional steps to create accommodating environments for introverts. The honorees are:

1. 84.51°
- Recognized for establishing the ITOPiA employee resource group, which raises awareness about introversion and celebrates how introverts can leverage their strengths in the workplace. They have shown an unwavering commitment to addressing the unique needs of introverted team members, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

2. The Kroger Company
- Also credited with the formation of ITOPiA, Kroger promotes an inclusive atmosphere where introverted employees can flourish. Their initiatives underscore the importance of acknowledging and honoring the diverse personality styles within their workforce.

3. The Myers-Briggs Company
- As the creator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), this company empowers organizations to enhance team dynamics and develop leadership skills by improving understanding among individuals. Their focus on personality types plays a critical role in fostering diverse work environments that support both introverted and extroverted employees alike.

4. Rolling Out
- Recognized for hosting events like
Peace and Purpose and Sisters with Superpowers, Rolling Out develops content and panel discussions that shine a light on introversion. These efforts aim to highlight the innovative leadership styles of introverted individuals, emphasizing their unique contributions to various workspaces and communities.

5. The Standard (UK)
- This company stands out for curating impactful content and programming, such as
The Bigger Life Festival. The festival features activities and expert insights on various topics, focusing on inspiration and empowerment, including the vital topic of introversion.

Ryan Showalter, co-founder of ITOPiA, remarked on his organization’s mission:

In total, ten organizations were nominated and thoroughly reviewed based on their introvert-focused programs, leading to the selection of these five esteemed companies.
