This product not only features a base of the renowned black meat curry but also allows the innovative addition of Coolish to enhance flavors and thoughts of indulgence. You can enjoy the curry by itself or top it with the Mini Coolish to add depth and creaminess, leading to a delightful mouthfeel that is hard to resist! For a perfect balance, why not add half of the Mini Coolish as a topping, leaving the rest for dessert?

The Creative Process

The idea was sparked by ice cream expert Shizurina Arai, who has been the brain behind Coolish's summer collaborations. Inspired by past collaborations with noodles, Shizurina decided it was time to return to the essence of Coolish as a drinkable ice cream. After discovering Curry is a Drink, the synergy was immediate. Upon trying out the black curry topped with Coolish, it became clear that the combination was a match made in heaven.
