Hotel Metropolitan Unveils the Nagano Niigata Fair
Beginning on October 1, 2025, Restaurant Keirin at Hotel Metropolitan will host the
Nagano Niigata Fair, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of the Nagano and Niigata regions. Under the direction of General Manager Shigeo Ito, diners can look forward to a curated selection of dishes made with seasonal produce and local specialties. This event will highlight the vibrant flavors of Sichuan cuisine, incorporating detailed attention to presentation and seasonal ingredients.
The one-dish offerings allow guests to share and enjoy their meals with family and friends in a communal dining experience, perfectly paired with a range of carefully selected beverages, including Shaoxing wine and various wines expertly chosen for balance and flavor. We invite visitors to delight in these diverse tastes and the beautifully arranged plates that reflect the season.
