In a significant step toward enhancing employee well-being, Eiyou Hack, a company based in Toshima, Tokyo, has introduced the Yorozu Consultation Room as part of its employee welfare initiative. This new service aims to create a welcoming space for team members to voice their concerns, especially those regarding workplace harassment or behavioral uncertainties. Starting from April 2022, companies are mandated to provide harassment consultation channels, and the Yorozu Consultation Room serves as a preliminary resource where employees can discuss issues they might not know how to address.
