Thursday, January 22nd

The festival kicks off with a glamorous Cocktails & Chandeliers event hosted by Chris Santos, running from 7 PM to 9 PM. Guests will indulge in hand-passed cocktails and delicious appetizers. Following this, from 9 PM to 11 PM, attendees can enjoy Tinis & Treats, where cocktail lovers can sample three handcrafted mini martinis paired with exquisite sweets from Sift Bake Shop.

Friday, January 23rd

The second day features an Exclusive Louis XIII Tasting from 5 PM to 7 PM at Beauty & Essex, offering guests a unique chance to savor this prestigious brand of cognac, led by a knowledgeable ambassador. As the evening progresses, the Asian Market will present a vibrant mix of Asian cuisines and spirits, and guests will be treated to the first Grand Tasting session of the festival, featuring an impressive collection of wines and premium spirits.

As the night winds down, the Sun Patio Ice Bar Experience will create an enchanting atmosphere from 9 PM to 11 PM, while Spirits & Cigars at the Clay Pipe Cigar Bar offers a chance to explore exceptional blends of spirits and cigars until midnight.

Saturday, January 24th

The Grand Tasting Day Two from Noon to 5 PM is a highlight not to be missed. Attendees will have access to a diverse range of wines, combined with culinary delights from local eateries and food trucks. Throughout the day, live cooking demonstrations will captivate guests, featuring renowned chefs like Michael Symon and Scott Conant. In the afternoon, the Deductive Blind Tasting Seminar hosted by The USA Wine Team will provide a structured approach to wine appreciation.

The day culminates in the much-awaited Celebrity Chef Dine Around, a collaboration of over 20 acclaimed chefs presenting signature dishes that embody culinary innovation.

Sunday, January 25th

The final day features a WSET Level 1 Training Certification session, suitable for both novices and experienced wine enthusiasts looking to enhance their wine-tasting skills. Participants must book their spots by January 12, 2026, as spaces are limited.
