About GROUNDSTAR+ and Neiro Sake

Neiro Sake is a groundbreaking project that marries the rich heritage of Japanese sake with the arts, initiated by the team at GROUNDSTAR+. With the goal of creating a new cultural experience, their first collaboration involved an Italian genius, Alberto Pizzo, alongside Yoshikubo Brewery, yielding the acclaimed premium sake Rimore.

With Miko Fukuhara's involvement, the second phase of this project emphasizes the emotional impact music has on the sake, crafting "Yuine", a truly unique element in the world of Japanese spirits, enhanced through innovative vibrational techniques offered by Onkyo Corporation.
