Haitian Celebrates the Soft Opening of New Production Facility in Europe
Haitian's New Production Facility in Ruma, Serbia
Haitian International Holdings Ltd. recently celebrated a major milestone with the soft launch of its new manufacturing site in Ruma, Serbia. This event not only welcomed employees and local partners but also showcased Haitian's commitment to enhancing its operations in Europe. The new facility represents a strategic element of Haitian's European expansion, providing local manufacturing capabilities, optimized logistics, and extensive research and development activities.
In line with the company's philosophy of creating and extending benefits for its clients, the Ruma site is equipped to meet diverse market demands. It has additional land available for potential future expansions, ensuring that Haitian can adapt to the evolving needs of the market.
Focus on Injection Molding Technology
The initial phase of production will concentrate on high-performance injection molding machines, specifically the well-established Mars series, featuring toggle servo-hydraulic presses, and the Jupiter series, which includes two-platen servo-hydraulic presses. To date, more than 50 machines have been manufactured, with the first units already delivered to clients, marking a promising start for this newly established hub.
European Spare Parts Supply Hub
Beyond manufacturing, Haitian Serbia is set to operate as a central hub for spare parts supply across the European market. With on-site warehouses in Serbia and Germany, as well as additional decentralized storage points throughout the continent, Haitian aims to guarantee the quick availability of essential components for its clients, thereby minimizing downtime.
Development of High-End Solutions
To cater to the specific requirements of the European plastics processing industry, Haitian Serbia is augmenting its capabilities in high-end machinery and integrated system solutions. This includes the recruitment of specialized engineers dedicated to designing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components for injection molding machines. With a dedicated European R&D team focusing on high-performance applications tailored to specific regional markets, Haitian will produce machines and turnkey solutions that comply with local regulations—from optimized machine configurations to fully integrated production cells.
Commitment to Long-Term Partnerships
The investment in the Serb facility underscores Haitian's resolve to be a long-term partner to the European plastics manufacturing sector. By integrating key aspects of its global strategy—regional headquarters, localized production, and multiple application centers across Europe—Haitian is well-positioned to leverage its extensive experience and knowledge in the industry.
As it moves forward, the Ruma production site will not only enhance Haitian's footprint in Europe but also reaffirm its commitment to providing cutting-edge technology and support to its clients across the region. As the facility ramps up production and expands its capabilities, it stands as a significant asset for both Haitian and the broader European manufacturing landscape.
