IMMERSIVE DINING debuted on October 1, 2024, within the hotel’s main dining area,
WASHOKU SOUTEN. Guests are treated to an innovative dining ambiance enriched by projection mapping, ambient soundscapes, and a commanding view from the 35th floor, expertly combined with the creative dishes prepared by Chef Ken Takahashi.
