Meet the Instructors

Akihiro Uono (Co-founder of Jigyoin)
A Waseda University graduate, Uono has a wealth of experience in various roles at Recruit Co. after joining the company. He has worked as PMO in the game development sector and most recently held HR positions at Userbase and NewsPicks before co-founding Jigyoin. He has also served as an external CHRO for numerous companies, assisting them in developing organizational strategies and enhancing talent acquisition processes.

Akira Nishimura (Co-founder of Jigyoin)
Nishimura graduated from Waseda University and has been independently engaging in HR-focused consulting since 2007. Having received extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, he has supported over 250 startups across the country, executing more than 3,000 interviews and significantly contributing to the hiring of over 200 fresh graduates.

Yusuke Date (VP of HR, Shippio)
Date joined en Japan in 2006, where he undertook various roles in sales and HR management. Later on, he focused on developing new HR services before transitioning to different executive positions, including the VP role at Shippio.

Naoki Hayakawa (HRBP Director, Money Forward)
Hayakawa has experience in launching new business ventures while also serving in various HR capacities at Works Applications and other firms. Currently, he leads strategic HR initiatives at Money Forward.
