SANY Group Expands Global Footprint with Major Equipment Deliveries in South America and Thailand

SANY Group Achieves New Milestones in Global Markets

SANY Group has made headlines recently with notable achievements in the international sector, reflecting their ambition to enhance their global footprint. The company marked the successful delivery of significant equipment to both South America and Southeast Asia, showcasing their commitment to international expansion and client satisfaction.

Major Equipment Deliveries

In South America, SANY Marine has secured a crucial supply agreement with Hanseatic Global Terminals (HGT). Under this contract, SANY will provide a total of 26 port equipment units for a container terminal. This delivery consists of six quay cranes and 20 rubber-tyred gantry cranes (RTG), which are key players in ensuring efficient port operations. The integration of these machines is expected to significantly improve HGT's capabilities to handle increasing cargo volumes, making it a pivotal investment in their operational capacity.

Dheeraj Bhatia, CEO of HGT, expressed his enthusiasm about this collaboration, noting that this agreement symbolizes a major step towards constructing a world-class port. He stated, "The SANY equipment will lay a solid foundation for safe and efficient port operations, allowing us to enhance service to our clients and contribute to regional economic growth." This sentiment was echoed by Zhou Guoyuan, President of SANY Marine, who reaffirmed that this deal underscores SANY's global expansion strategy and reflects their ongoing commitment to operational excellence.

Meanwhile, in Thailand, SANY Heavy Industry made headlines by delivering 40 units of the SW970E electric wheel loaders to the world's largest rice mill. Thailand annually produces over 20 million tons of processed rice, a significant portion of which is exported globally. The rice milling operations face challenging conditions that require robust equipment, particularly regarding dust management, continuous operation, and high-performance needs.

The SW970E electric loader stands out in this harsh working environment, promising improved autonomy, zero emissions, and reduced noise levels. Additionally, with its enhanced operational reliability, it addresses the environmental challenges posed in rice mill operations.

Future Prospects and Additional Orders

Following the initial delivery, the rice mill has already placed an additional order for 50 units of the SW956E electric wheel loaders. The synergy between the SW956E and SW970E is expected to streamline material handling throughout the entire rice production process, from initial processing to final packaging. This move signifies a push towards embracing electric equipment in the Thai rice milling sector and fosters the industry's transition to more sustainable practices.

As SANY looks to the future, the company remains focused on its commitment to expanding its global reach with innovative and efficient products. Their strategy underscores the importance of environmentally responsible equipment that can assist in transitioning to more sustainable industrial operations.

SANY Group's robust international engagements are not only indicative of their success but also highlight their continued efforts to empower global operational efficiencies through advanced machinery. Their global expansion initiatives not only signal growth for the company but also contribute significantly to the local economies in which they operate, as seen in South America and Southeast Asia.
