In addition to showcasing innovations, Bakery China 2026 will gather over 2,200 baking supply chain companies from more than 70 countries, expecting nearly 400,000 visitors from approximately 130 countries. An impressive 20% of participants will comprise international brands, with overseas pre-registrations seeing a notable 30% increase compared to last year. This year’s event aims to strengthen global connections across key regions including Southeast Asia, Asia-Pacific, Central Asia, Europe, and the U.S.

Comprehensive Programming and Events


The exhibition will offer an extensive lineup of happenings focused on core facets of the baking industry, including chain stores, brand owners, supermarket bakeries, and industrial baking. Attendees can expect over 100 integrated events, designed to enhance professional expertise and knowledge sharing. Highlights include the inaugural "Namchow Cup" Supermarket Bakery Competition, as well as various forums on global expansion strategies, industrial baking, intelligent manufacturing solutions, healthy baking initiatives, and the innovative use of local ingredients. Noteworthy is the national coffee skills competition, which aims to enhance artisanal coffee-making practices within the baking domain.

President Zhang Jiukui of the China Association of Bakery Confectionery Industry expressed aspirations for the event, stating, "After nearly three decades of development, Bakery China has become a global benchmark for the bakery industry. This year's exhibition will continue to promote high-quality industry development and open a new chapter together with bakery professionals worldwide." Following this event, Bakery China will extend its reach by launching the ASEAN International Bakery Exhibition (Bakery ASEAN) in Jakarta from August 27 to 29, further demonstrating the event's commitment to fostering international relationships and nurturing innovation across regions.
