Celebrating the Completion of Kiraboshi Top School's 16th Edition

On August 22nd, Kiraboshi Consulting, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, organized the closing ceremony for the 16th edition of the Kiraboshi Top School. This program is designed to train successors in small to medium-sized enterprises, with a vision towards a robust future in comprehensive service management that also excels in finance. Over the past year, 20 participants successfully completed a rigorous curriculum aimed at preparing them for leadership roles.

A Year of Learning

The final session included presentations from nine students who shared their business strategies illustrated through their unique 'Management Design Sheets'. Participants engaged in thoughtful discussions, providing each other with feedback and questions—culminating in a warm and rich closing event that celebrated their year-long shared learning experience. At the ceremony, each student proudly received their completion certificate, marking the official end of their journey through the program.

Structure of the Program

Kiraboshi Top School focuses on developing essential skills, mindset, and personality traits for upcoming entrepreneurs over a span of 12 months. The program consists of monthly lectures covering various topics crucial for business management.
