The Future of HR: An Innovative Partnership
In an ambitious venture to redefine human resource management, Dentsu Research, a leading think tank, has joined forces with TechTouch, the number one provider of AI-driven Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) in Japan. This collaboration is set to commence in August 2025 with a proof of concept (PoC) aimed at enhancing HR operations through generative AI technologies.
Background and Objectives
The rapid evolution of generative AI holds the potential for significant transformation in traditional business processes and employee experiences (EX). Within HR, complexities such as regulatory compliance and person-dependent tasks create pressing challenges, driving a surge in interest for AI applications. Recognizing these hurdles, Dentsu Research and TechTouch are combining their strengths to explore how AI can effectively support HR functions. The ultimate goal of this initiative is to gather technological and operational insights that will inform future service implementations and expansions.
Overview of the Proof of Concept
The PoC will leverage Dentsu's integrated HCM solution, "POSITIVE," alongside the business RAG solution, "Know Narrator Search," and TechTouch's AI agent feature, "AI Hub." "AI Hub" is designed to simplify the integration of AI prompts, enabling users to easily incorporate guidance into their workflows with just the push of a button.
The focus will be on applying generative AI to optimize HR tasks such as inputting applications, conducting evaluations, and generating documentation. By evaluating AI's contributions to enhancing efficiency and providing decision-making support in real-world scenarios, the partners aim to assess its impact on operational performance.
