Texas Southern University's Comprehensive Campus Master Plan

Texas Southern University (TSU) has announced an extensive Campus Master Plan that will lay the groundwork for its development over the next decade, promising an investment of approximately $1.7 billion. Construction on three new academic and research facilities—the Urban Transformation Catalyst, the Nabrit Science Center, and the Health and Wellness Center—is scheduled to commence later this year. With over $95 million in state funding, these facilities are expected to open in time for the University’s centennial celebrations.
