TransFueler and its parent company, Superior Storage Tanks & Trailers, are making significant strides in expanding their operations. As of February 4, 2025, they announced the addition of two new vehicles to their delivery fleet, a 2024 Ford F-150 and a 2024 Ford F-550 flatbed truck, aimed to enhance their shipping and servicing capabilities in Southern California.

Tim Henderson, President of Superior Storage Tanks, expressed that the addition of these vehicles would allow the company to employ drivers who possess in-depth knowledge of their products. This approach is set to enhance oversight and safety during the delivery process. "Our drivers will be capable of performing quality assurance inspections and assisting customers with the setup at the time of delivery," said Henderson. This hands-on approach is part of a broader strategy to ensure that fuel tanks and trailers are delivered securely and efficiently.

The new deliveries will allow TransFueler to offer a wider range of services, including tow-behind and flatbed truck deliveries for both mobile fuel trailers and their entire inventory of UL 142 steel storage tanks. This expanded delivery capability will cover a substantial area in Southern California, reaching distances of up to 150 miles from their operational hub located in the 90638 zip code. The affected counties include parts of San Diego, Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Kern, and San Luis Obispo. Customers in areas outside this delivery zone may still receive shipments for an additional fee.

In addition to facilitating deliveries, the new fleet will enhance the company’s servicing capabilities. According to Henderson, having more vehicles available means they can cater to a larger number of customers and cover an increased geographical area. He stated, "These additions to our fleet will also help expand our servicing capabilities. With more vehicles available, we will be able to address more customer needs and cover a larger area."

Looking ahead, TransFueler and Superior Storage Tanks are eyeing further expansion regarding their delivery and service capabilities. They plan to utilize affiliated dealers and service centers, not just locally but across the nation, aiming to improve service accessibility for their customers.
