Aoba-BBT Group Anniversary Project: A Celebration of Lifelong Connections

In an exciting development for the alumni community, Aoba-BBT has officially launched a dedicated website for its latest anniversary project themed "Lifetime Empowerment in the Invisible Continent." This initiative is not just a celebration of the organization itself but a chance for its alumni to reconnect and share their success stories.

The project centers around upcoming milestone events happening between 2025 and 2027, when five educational institutions managed by Aoba-BBT celebrate significant anniversaries:

  • - Aoba Japan International School (A-JIS) - 50th Anniversary
  • - BOND-BBT MBA Program - 25th Anniversary
  • - Business Breakthrough Graduate School - 20th Anniversary
  • - Business Breakthrough University School of Management - 15th Anniversary
  • - Attackers Business School (ABS) - 30th Anniversary

Collectively, these milestones underscore Aoba-BBT's commitment to lifelong learning, spanning from primary education to entrepreneurship, showcasing a legacy of educational excellence.

Project Overview: Paving the Path from Past to Future

The anniversary project is structured into three chapters:

Chapter 1: Alumni Story – The Journey of Graduates

The first chapter focuses on sharing the inspiring stories of alumni who have excelled in various industries after their education with Aoba-BBT. Featuring interviews with prominent figures such as:
- Taichiro Motohashi, Founder and CEO of Bengo4.com
- Koichiro Yoshida, Founder and CEO of CrowdWorks
- Shunji Sugaya, Founder and CEO of Optim

These interviews are archived on the anniversary site and shared through the official YouTube channel, providing a powerful platform for alumni to reflect on their journeys and influence.

Chapter 2: Aoba-BBT Studio – Enabling Global Learning

The introduction of the Aoba-BBT Studio in August 2026 marks a significant upgrade in how Aoba-BBT engages with the world, from webinars to podcasts and video content. This studio serves as a hub for discussions led by President Shibata and hosts documentation of contemporary entrepreneurial education by current students, aiding in fast-tracking the dissemination of Aoba-BBT's intellectual assets.

Chapter 3: The Day – A Grand Alumni Reunion on March 13, 2027

On this momentous day, alumni from varying years will gather for a series of events, culminating in:
1. ABS Business Open 2027 – Final Pitch: This international pitch contest showcases the next generation of entrepreneurs and celebrates ABS's legacy of fostering successful startups. Those who support the anniversary project with contributions over 10,000 yen will have access to live-stream coverage.
2. Homecoming Alumni Reunion: An informal networking event allowing alumni to reconnect with former classmates and faculty, where both graduates and students can participate under equal terms.
3. Monuments of Gratitude: The unveiling of various commemorative structures dedicated to alumni contributions, including a monument titled „Limitless” and a legacy book capturing the institution’s journey.

Important Details for Alumni Participants

The Homecoming event is set for March 13, 2027, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at a venue in Tokyo, which will be updated on the project site. To join, alumni need to support the project with a minimum contribution of 3,000 yen. Only the first 150 registrants will secure their spots, so early submission is encouraged.

Supporting the Project – A Call to Alumni

The success of this anniversary project hinges on alumni involvement. Here are three ways to contribute:
