New Training Opportunities in Osaka
Cambridge Technology Partners, a consulting firm based in Tokyo, is excited to announce the expansion of its Project Leader and Project Team Training School to Osaka. This program, designed to cultivate
transformation leaders, will begin in May 2026 at the Gran Front Osaka Tower B. This decision responds to the increasing demand for skilled professionals adept in leading organizational change, particularly in light of advancements in generative AI.
Background of the Expansion
Until now, the program has been exclusively available in Tokyo, attracting over 500 participants primarily from the Kanto region since its launch. However, many individuals from the Kansai area have traveled to Tokyo to take part in the training, highlighting the need for a local venue. By establishing a course in Osaka, Cambridge aims to make this valuable training more accessible to those in the Kansai region, providing robust support for local talent development.

The
Foundation Course is tailored for business professionals from various backgrounds, especially those in their fifth year at work or managerial roles. It focuses on fundamental skills necessary for transformation leaders, including goal setting, critical thinking, and collaborative ability.

- - Format: In-person training at Gran Front Osaka Tower B.
- - Duration: Eight sessions, each lasting approximately three hours over a four-month period.
- - Cost: 580,000 yen per person (excluding tax).

Unique Approach to Learning
This practical training program shifts away from traditional lectures, instead favoring extensive discussions and hands-on exercises. Participants will be required to complete tasks in their workplaces that apply the skills learned, reinforcing the training through practical implementation. Additionally, to ensure that knowledge sticks, the program involves the participants’ supervisors in the learning process, providing necessary support for real-world application.
Participant Feedback and Results
Past participants and their supervisors have reported significant improvements in team dynamics and organizational skills following the training. Many have noted enhancements in meeting management and presentation abilities, reflecting the immediate impact of the skills learned. The feedback indicates that not only are the individuals evolving, but their colleagues also experience growth as a direct result of this program.
