On December 20, 2025, the long-anticipated final report session of the “Ibaraki Northern Region Business Challenge Program (BCP)” will take place at the iconic Shibuya Scramble Square. Final Report Session Details
The final report session will take place on
December 20, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event will be held in a hybrid format, allowing both on-site and online participants to engage in the proceedings. At this session, teams formed during previous ideathons will present their business plans, showcasing their innovative solutions that have been developed over months of hard work.

- - 1:10 PM - 2:00 PM: Technical checks for participating teams (10 teams, 5 minutes each)

- - 2:10 PM - 2:20 PM: Opening remarks & introduction of judges
- - 2:20 PM - 4:10 PM: Final presentations from each team (10 teams, 8 minutes each)
