IFME × Kobe Suma Seaworld: The Future Kids Foot Project

On October 13, 2025, the renowned child footwear brand, IFME, will partner with Kobe Suma Seaworld (located in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan) to host an engaging event titled, "Mirai Kids Foot Project - Learning About Marine Creatures from Your Feet!" This collaborative initiative invites families to explore the fascinating world of marine life while learning about the importance of proper foot health for children. The event promises to be both educational and fun, featuring two main activities: a foot measurement session and an interactive quiz.

Foot Measurement Session

Parents can bring their children to the Dolphin Hall where they will have the opportunity to measure their child's foot size accurately. IFME staff, qualified shoe fitters, will assist in this activity. They will share vital insights on what to look out for when selecting the right shoes for children. Wearing properly fitted footwear is crucial to prevent injuries and promote healthy foot development. Participants of this measurement session will be rewarded with special IFME animal stickers.

In addition to the foot measurement, families can participate in the "Can You Become a Marine Life Expert? True/False Challenge!" Organized between the Orca Hall of Kobe Suma Seaworld, this quiz challenges participants’ knowledge of marine life. The educational program will include talks from the aquarium’s staff as well as IFME employees about the fascinating connection between marine animals and children’s feet. Additionally, there will be exercises for families to enjoy together. Those who manage to answer all quiz questions correctly will receive a special IFME original eco-bag.
