Innovative Program Launch for 2025: Visit-Based Crossing Circuit by Enfactory

Step into Innovation with the Visit-Based Crossing Circuit

In an exciting announcement, Enfactory Inc. based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has revealed its plans to kick off a visit-based crossing circuit program in December 2025. This innovative training initiative offers a unique opportunity to foster collaboration across industries, allowing participants to tackle real-world challenges faced by venture companies.

Overview of the Program

The visit-based crossing circuit represents an evolved version of the previous crossing circuit launched in 2022. Participants will team up with members from other companies, engage in listening sessions, develop hypotheses, and make proposals in response to the genuine challenges presented by startups. Enfactory aims to provide an empowering training ground where participants can take that crucial first step towards innovation and practical skill acquisition.

The program will initiate with a kickoff and innovation seminar. The goal is to help participants understand the concept of 'innovation from a five-meter radius'—encouraging the generation of new ideas and improvement actions in familiar environments. Through this, they will gain a clearer vision of cross-border learning and its possibilities.

Following the initial sessions, teams will be formed to deepen their understanding of the challenges presented by the specific companies they will work with. Teams will embark on direct visits to the challenge companies, where they will conduct site inspections and interviews to deeply explore and enhance their understanding of the assigned challenges.

Over a period of about 2.5 months, teams will dedicate their efforts to devising viable solutions for the presented challenges. At the culmination of the training, teams will present their proposals and receive feedback from the challenge companies.

Thanks to the use of the online platform Teamlancer Enterprise, participants will be able to share information seamlessly, making this program adaptable for various purposes, including skill development and cross-industry training.

Participation

This time, the challenge company welcoming participants will be Kitahara Medical Strategies International, a company that aims to enhance people's lives from birth to death, operating out of Hachioji, Tokyo. They will present a challenge pertaining to the expansion of a new project, 'Kitahara Workmate,' which focuses on supporting local job matching for seniors and promoting health.

Chika Ishibashi, the representative director, has extensive experience as a medical social worker and has played a pivotal role in developing innovative projects both domestically and internationally, all aimed at creating a society where people can live and die well.

Application Process

Those interested can apply for the program until October 24, with the option for individuals to participate in a trial session. Companies contemplating participation are encouraged to reach out for more information.

Information Session

To learn more about the program, an information session will be held on September 18 from 11:00 am to 11:30 am. Interested parties can register through the provided link.
