This new facility is set up to accommodate a range of injectable therapies, including peptide-based, LNP (lipid nanoparticle), low-molecular-weight biological, and oligonucleotide-based products. The company anticipates integrating additional manufacturing lines to support various injectable formats, including pre-filled syringes (PFS), liquid or lyophilized vials, cartridges, and autoinjectors. Infrastructure and Line Additions

• - A combination plant for pre-filled syringes, vials, and cartridges from Bausch+Ströbel
• - A high-speed production line specifically designed for PFS and cartridges, capable of producing over 500,000 units per day

• - A doubling of analytical capacities tailored to support growing project pipelines.

Completion of the new isolator facilities is slated for mid-2027 through 2028, ensuring that CordenPharma remains at the forefront of sterility assurance and regulatory compliance in sterile injectable manufacturing.
