About the Isseki Sancho Group
Founded in the midst of the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, the
Isseki Sancho Group opened its first establishment,
Gensen Yakitori Isseki Sancho, alongside a hidden sushi spot called
Karasu. From a modest team of six members, the group has experienced remarkable growth, expanding to over 80 staff members within five years and increasing its number of restaurants from just two to fourteen across Tokyo, Osaka, and Shizuoka. Their approach to establishment is not just to create a chain, but to develop unique concepts that resonate with each specific area, turning potential setbacks into advantages that draw customers in daily.
Developed by a team of skilled chefs and dedicated hospitality professionals, they aim to transcend the usual dining experience and offer something truly special to every guest.
