Alexander O. Kosakowski


Alex, who has joined the New Haven office, brings a wealth of experience as a civil litigator. His primary focus areas include employment law and commercial disputes. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he played a pivotal role as the Business Managing Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review and was actively involved with the Quinnipiac Moot Court Society. With his impressive background, Alex is poised to make meaningful contributions to Carmody’s litigation practice.

Danielle M. Palmieri


Danielle has also joined the New Haven office and is known for her skill in representing insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in multifaceted disputes across both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration settings. She holds a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and was notably the Membership Manager of the Connecticut Law Review. Prior to joining Carmody, Danielle gained invaluable experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Ingrid L. Moll at the Connecticut Appellate Court, equipping her with unique insights into the judicial process and improving her litigation strategies.

Ethan P. Suraci


Ethan has made his mark at the Waterbury office, focusing primarily on complex medical malpractice defense and general healthcare and business litigation. He also received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law. During his studies, Ethan was an active participant in the Business Law Society and contributed to the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal, where he honed his analytical and writing skills related to healthcare law.
