Enterprise Mobility Thrives Through People-First Approach, Achieving Significant Growth

Enterprise Mobility Thrives Through a People-First Approach

Enterprise Mobility, a global leader in mobility solutions, has recently announced impressive growth metrics for fiscal year 2025. With over 90,000 team members working across more than 9,500 locations worldwide, the company achieved nearly 67 million individual car and truck rental transactions, marking an increase of over 6% from the previous fiscal year. This success can largely be attributed to the organization's commitment to a people-centric approach, prioritizing customer needs and fostering a culture of connection within the workforce.

A Culture of Connection

Chrissy Taylor, President and CEO of Enterprise Mobility, emphasized that the company’s people are its most valuable asset. "Our team members listen to customers, understand their unique needs, and develop solutions that work for them," she stated. This focus on delivering tailored mobility solutions is central to Enterprise Mobility's strategy. The company has seen steady growth across various segments, including fleet management, flexible vehicle hire, carsharing, vanpooling, and luxury rentals.

In the recently concluded fiscal year, the company's diverse portfolio generated over $39 billion in revenue, aided by its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Global Marketing Campaign Launch

In fiscal year 2025, the flagship brand, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, launched its first-ever global marketing campaign named 'Here For It.' This initiative was communicated in several languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, and French Canadian. The campaign showcases real team members who personalize solutions for customers, underscoring the importance of the company’s extensive global network and the service quality provided.

The campaign has especially driven impressive revenue growth in Europe, where customer transactions grew by more than 7% due to strengthened investments in the branch network and expanding service offerings in the region.

Innovations in Fleet Management and Truck Rentals

The company also reported noteworthy growth in its fleet management services, managing over 900,000 vehicles in the U.S. and Canada alone. The Enterprise Fleet Management division achieved record customer satisfaction scores, underpinning the company’s commitment to service excellence. Additionally, Enterprise Car Sales expanded its presence by opening five new dealerships in the U.S., totaling 166 dealerships nationwide.

The Enterprise Truck Rental brand added 20 new locations in the past year, now boasting nearly 600 locations across North America. The service has also received high customer satisfaction scores, confirming its efficacy in meeting consumer needs.

Addressing Environmental and Community Needs

In the U.K., the Enterprise Car Club program excelled by fully electrifying its fleet in collaboration with the Watford Car Club. Members actively used the electric vehicle fleet, driving significant environmental benefits. Furthermore, Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is currently expanding its network to include Light Commercial Vehicle and Heavy Goods Vehicle apprentices, reflecting its commitment to investing in future talent amidst an industry skills shortage.

Enterprise Mobility's commitment to its communities was notably evident in fiscal year 2025 as it pledged over $200 million toward addressing food insecurity and enhancing social equity through its Fill Your Tank and ROAD Forward programs. The company also achieved the 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the third consecutive year, showcasing its dedication to employee engagement and satisfaction.

Looking Ahead

As Enterprise Mobility looks to the future, it remains sky-focused on innovations within the mobility sector. The company is rapidly transitioning toward connectivity, aiming for over 800,000 connected vehicles by year-end, enhancing the customer experience through data-driven insights into vehicle health and maintenance. By partnering closely with vehicle manufacturers, Enterprise Mobility is well-positioned to lead consumer awareness and adaptation to emerging vehicle technologies.

In conclusion, Enterprise Mobility illustrates how a people-first approach and robust community support can drive significant growth while addressing both customer and societal needs. With its extensive network and dedication to service, Enterprise Mobility stands out as a beacon in the mobility solutions industry.
