This strategic move aims to bolster Dover's manufacturing capabilities and expand its product offerings within the cryogenic solutions domain.

Headquartered in Ahmedabad, India, Leistung specializes in the design and manufacturing of cryogenic valves, which are critical components used in applications involving liquefied natural gas and other low-temperature scenarios. The company’s product suite includes globe valves, check valves, control valves, diaphragm valves, and filtration systems, all engineered for efficiency and reliability. Over the past three years, Leistung has achieved impressive double-digit organic growth through continuous research and development initiatives and the introduction of innovative products, supported by a skilled engineering workforce.

The modern facility operated by Leistung is set to become a key manufacturing hub for Dover in India. This facility is strategically positioned to capitalize on the substantial investments being made in LNG terminals and natural gas pipeline infrastructure in the region, which has contributed to a robust demand for cryogenic flow control solutions. The transaction is projected to conclude in the fourth quarter of 2026 pending the completion of customary closing conditions, though specific financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
