The brand was established in November 2024 with a mission to allow consumers to fully appreciate the unique characteristics of milk and its byproducts. Located conveniently at Tokyo Station’s Yaesu North Exit, the flagship store quickly became popular among locals and travelers. A second location was subsequently opened at the Hanshin Umeda Main Store, further spreading the joy of milk-based sweets.
The new ECLAIR MILK exemplifies the brand's philosophy, featuring a delicate choux pastry filled with light and creamy milk that is smooth and rich in flavor.
