I-25 North Corridor in Colorado


The second project is the I-25 North Corridor, part of a broader initiative by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). Valued at $86 million, this project represents the next phase in a multi-year effort that has been in pre-construction since 2018. RLW's stake in this phase is 51%, while SEMA Construction holds the remaining 49%. It has also been added to RLW’s combined backlog as of December 31, 2024.
