Author Profile

Satoru Nakamura, born in 1973 in Fukuoka Prefecture, graduated from Kogakuin University. He began his career at Sekisui House, a major housing manufacturer, where he spent ten years in design and sales. His interest in M&A grew when he was consulted about the transfer of companies owned by landowners. In 2005, he founded M&A Capital Partners to address the growing succession issues faced by SMEs.
