M&A Capital Partners Unveils Its New Book
M&A Capital Partners, celebrating its 20th anniversary in October 2025, has announced the release of its second book titled "M&A No Shin Jidai: 10 Jirei ni Manabu Nihon Keizai no Mirai wo Hiraku Arata na Sentakushi" (M&A in a New Era: Learning from 10 Cases to Open New Choices for Japan's Economy). Scheduled for publication by Nikkei BP on October 6, 2025, this book aims to elucidate the latest trends in the Japanese M&A market.
Background for the Book's Publication
Since the release of the previous book in 2019, titled "M&A de Sozō no Kokorozashi wo Tsunagu: Nihon no Chūshō Kigyō Ōnā ga Yomu Hon" (Connecting Entrepreneurial Aspirations through M&A: A Book for Japanese SME Owners), the landscape of M&A in Japan has transformed significantly. M&A has expanded beyond just a solution for the issue of succession scarcity, becoming a widely recognized strategy for corporate growth and a vital component of management strategies.
In recent years, the diversification of M&A among SMEs has accelerated, with numerous cases of companies utilizing M&A as a growth strategy. However, alongside this surge, various M&A-related troubles have also surfaced. This new book aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest trends in M&A from multiple perspectives.
By introducing ten diverse M&A cases that M&A Capital Partners has supported, the book also highlights perspectives from business owners, acquiring companies, and even the spouses of business owners, making it accessible and informative.
