ELEGOO Advancements in 3D Printing Showcase at Formnext 2025 with Integrated Ecosystem
ELEGOO Showcases its Comprehensive 3D Printing Ecosystem at Formnext 2025
At Formnext 2025 held in Frankfurt, Germany, ELEGOO, a trailblazer in smart manufacturing, made headlines with its groundbreaking consumer 3D printing ecosystem. This event highlighted its integrated end-to-end solutions that streamline the entire process from selecting and slicing 3D models to the actual printing and remote monitoring.
Integrated Software Solutions
A pivotal innovation from ELEGOO is the Nexprint platform, which facilitates a global community for creators, allowing them to share and download 3D models easily. To further encourage creativity, ELEGOO has allocated a substantial $1 million creator fund. This initiative rewards creators who share original content or contribute to the platform. In addition, ELEGOO's ElegooSlicer and SateLite have been designed to simplify the slicing stages for both FDM and resin printing processes. Furthermore, the Matrix App provides users with smart management capabilities of multiple printers right from their smartphones.
Cutting-Edge Hardware Display
On the hardware side, ELEGOO unveiled its latest line of FDM and resin printers, which included the Centauri Carbon series, Saturn series, Mars 5 series, OrangeStorm Giga, and the groundbreaking Jupiter 2. The Jupiter 2 is noted for its professional-grade capabilities featuring a 14-inch 16K LCD printer that delivers ultra-detailed large-scale models. Alongside this, the Centauri Carbon 2, a desktop multicolor FDM printer, stands out with its RFID filament recognition and automatic refill features. Both products are expected to hit the market soon, with Jupiter 2 launching by year-end and Centauri Carbon set for Q1 of 2026. Another significant hardware reveal was the Mercury Wash Max, a multifunctional wash-and-cure station equipped with a spacious design and unique drying functionalities.
Diverse Material Offerings
In terms of materials, ELEGOO showcased its exceptional range of resins and filaments. Among these were 70 decorative vases printed using 10 different filaments available in 7 vibrant colors. The company also presented its High-Performance Fiber-Reinforced Filament Series, which includes variants such as PETG-CF for enhanced abrasion resistance, PETG-GF that offers improved hardness, and PAHT-CF renowned for its superior heat resistance. A chic highlight of the exhibit was the Radiant Synchrony LED wall sculpture, crafted by Filipino designer Herschel Shapiro. This piece was produced over the course of 420 printing hours utilizing three Centauri Carbon printers and PLA filament, epitomizing ELEGOO's commitment to merging creativity and precision with consumer accessibility.
Vision for the Future
In a statement, Kevin Wang, Co-founder and VP of ELEGOO, expressed, "After a decade of building and refining our 3D printing ecosystem, we are now ready to face the industry's toughest challenges. Our goal is to foster widespread adoption of 3D printing among consumers, envisioning a future where every household benefits from having their own 3D printer."
