Regeneresome's Role in Shaping the Future of Aging Research

On June 11, 2025, the exciting venue of Link Scholars’ Hub Lab (commonly known as LiSH Lab), located within the Takanawa Gateway City, hosted a special event titled "Entering a New Economic Era of Knowledge Research from the Lab." The seminar featured prominent speakers, including the CEO of Regeneresome, Kenji Suzuki, who was engaged in a panel discussion that spotlighted critical innovations and strategies within the biotechnology sector, specifically focusing on anti-aging solutions.

A New Knowledge Research Economy

This event was organized to commemorate the opening of one of the largest wet-share labs in Tokyo. It included an opening keynote address from Yoshihiro Maru, the Group CEO of Liviness Inc., followed by a panel discussion involving several startups based in the lab. The collective aim was to examine the potential and implications of establishing a new knowledge research economy grounded in advanced scientific technologies.

During the panel, Kenji Suzuki articulated Regeneresome's mission to develop technologies aimed at combating aging, envisioned within the context of future lunar habitation by 2040. He outlined their ongoing research endeavors in collaboration with Tohoku University, focusing on verifying the reversibility of aging.

Additionally, he highlighted various applications of exosomes in cosmetic and medical fields. One noteworthy topic of discussion was the functional material derived from sake, named "SAKESOME," which is currently in the research and product development stage.

Suzuki stated, "In an era shifting towards knowledge capitalism, solutions for aging—an issue that transcends humanity—can become highly valued technologies in society." He emphasized the significance of LiSH Lab as an implementation hub pivotal for constructing the knowledge research economy.
