This accolade recognizes Sands China as a leader in human resources excellence, particularly in the Asia Pacific region, where it is the first integrated resort operator to achieve such a designation.
In 2025, Sands China set a remarkable precedent by being the first organization within Macao's tourism and service industry to receive this international recognition. This year, it maintained its position among over 2,500 certified organizations worldwide, demonstrating unwavering commitment to high standards in human resource management.

In a rigorous evaluation that spanned more than 200 assessment criteria, Sands China set itself apart by exceeding the global averages in vital areas such as leadership development, talent acquisition, workplace environment, and employee recognition programs. A notable highlight from this year’s evaluation was Sands China’s initiative to create job positions aimed at people with disabilities. This initiative was featured in a white paper by the Top Employer Institute as a best practice, firmly establishing Sands China's commitment to inclusivity and diversity within its corporate culture.
