In addition, the ChaChe Residence was acknowledged as a Runner-Up for Private Residence (Large) (Built) and the Child's Play project also secured a place as a Runner-Up in the Institutional (Concept) category. The recognition didn't stop there; Ward Blake Architects was celebrated at the SARA CA Design Awards held in April 2025, where the ChaChe Guest House was awarded Excellence, while the ChaChe Residence received an Honor Award. Moreover, the Ridge 52 Residence, notable for its harmonious placement within the East Butte hillside, earned a Merit Award, showcasing the firm’s skill at marrying architecture with the natural landscape.

Continuing the string of successes, both the Ridge 52 Residence and ChaChe Guest House were recognized with Honor Awards at the SARA NY Design Awards held in June 2025.
