On July 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the long-awaited 'Sutchy & Tamayo's Open House Comedy Festival' will take place at Aeon Mall Tsurumi Green Land, located on the 3rd floor at Sunshine Court. This lively event is part of our promotional project to commemorate the 5th anniversary of Open House’s expansion into the Kansai region.
Organized by Open House Group and featuring beloved local comic duo Sutchy and Tamayo, this festival promises a day filled with comedy, interactive experiences, and invaluable housing advice.
