Shabu Zen Festival: A Delightful Culinary Experience
Starting from August 17 to August 19, 2026, Shabu Zen Corporation is set to host the second installment of the highly anticipated "Shabu Zen Festival" at seven locations, including the Roppongi branch in Tokyo. Following the resounding success of the initial festival held in July, which saw rapid reservations and overwhelming support from guests, the second event promises another extraordinary experience for discerning diners.
This festival will feature a unique all-you-can-eat offering of three types of domestic meats: Wagyu beef, marbled national beef, and Japanese pork, available at an exceptional discounted price of 4,500 yen (excluding tax and service fees) — exactly half of the regular price of 9,000 yen. For three glorious days, patrons can indulge in a diverse selection of top-quality meats and fresh vegetables.
A Culinary Tribute to Our Loyal Customers
To express gratitude to our faithful customers, Shabu Zen hosts this summer festival annually, showcasing appreciation through exquisite culinary offerings. The enthusiastic feedback from customers who attended the first festival prompted the decision for a second edition. During these three days, meat lovers can delight in the lavish buffet that includes:
- - Black Japanese Wagyu (lean cuts)
- - Marbled national beef ribeye
- - Japanese pork
- - Seasonal domestic vegetables
- - Kishu udon
- - Rice cakes
The main highlight, the three types of meat buffet, allows diners to enjoy the contrasting flavors and textures of each selection. The black Wagyu offers a leaner option without sacrificing flavor, while the ribeye is renowned for its delicate balance of fat and rich taste. The carefully sourced national pork provides a refreshing and light taste, making it a perfect complement to the heavier cuts of beef.
Fresh Ingredients for a Premium Dining Experience
To maintain affordability without compromising on quality amidst rising ingredient costs, Shabu Zen has optimized its sourcing strategy, enabling it to offer this festival at the same price as the first. All vegetables are sourced from partner farms across Japan, ensuring freshness and superior taste. Only the finest, natural ingredients are used in the making of Shabu Zen's signature dips — a non-heated sesame sauce and ponzu, both crafted daily on-site to enhance your dining experience.
