Checchio's Vision and Responsibilities



Lisa Checchio’s role is pivotal as she takes charge of the strategic development and execution of marketing and enhancing the overall customer experience across all sales channels. Her responsibilities will also extend to increasing revenue growth throughout the organization. This involves managing several critical areas that include marketing creative services, loyalty and customer relationship management (CRM), corporate sales and client services, as well as customer experience data analytics.

Checchio brings with her nearly 25 years of distinguished experience across the travel, hospitality, and professional sports sectors. Before joining EBG, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where she successfully led revenue generation and developed commercial strategies. Checchio is particularly well-known for overseeing the acclaimed Wyndham Rewards program, which has been consistently recognized as the best hotel loyalty program by various prestigious publications, including USA Today and US News & World Report.

Prior to her tenure at Wyndham, Checchio spent over a decade with JetBlue Airways, directing brand strategy and implementing successful marketing initiatives, further solidifying her reputation as a formidable leader in consumer service and marketing.
