Starting from December 3rd, 2025, the popular yaki niku (grilled meat) restaurant,
Keisuke Sannambou in Hiroo, Tokyo, is excited to unveil an exclusive new course named
裏コース - jin-. This unique dining experience features an unlimited drink option, offered at
¥15,000 (including tax). It aims to create joyful moments filled with laughter for you and your loved ones.
A Taste of Honorable Takamori Wagyu
At the heart of this new culinary adventure is the
Takamori Wagyu, a rare delicacy that is produced in limited quantities—around 120 head a year. This exquisite breed has recently been awarded the
Honorable Prize at the 21st All-Japan Beef Carcass Competition, a prestigious event that recognizes the finest qualities of wagyu through a rigorous selection of criteria, including meat quality and marbling.
The
Honorable Prize is awarded to only a select few among all entries, marking it as a coveted accolade in the wagyu industry. With its rich flavor and high melting point, Takamori Wagyu is truly a top-tier beef revered across Japan.
The Concept of ‘jin’
The course, named
jin (人), is all about celebrating life’s best experiences, where the culinary experience reflects a return to the roots of yaki niku cooking.
