The event kicked off with a shotgun start at noon, allowing participants to engage in a day filled with golf, networking, and community spirit. Following the tournament, attendees enjoyed a buffet dinner and a reception where $136,250 was presented as a record-breaking donation to Boys & Girls Country. This organization has been operating since 1971, offering a secure and nurturing environment for children, focusing on breaking the cycles of poverty and abuse.
Troy Sharpe, CEO of Oak Harvest Financial Group, expressed his pride in the event's growth from raising $37,000 last year to an astonishing $136,000 this year.
