Exclusive 2026 Valentine’s and White Day Chocolate Collection Unveiled at InterContinental Tokyo Bay

2026 Valentine’s and White Day Chocolate Collection

The InterContinental Tokyo Bay is set to delight chocolate lovers with its 2026 Valentine’s and White Day Chocolate Collection. Executive Chef Pâtissier Shoya Nagai has crafted a sumptuous array of chocolates, which will be available for pre-order from December 20, 2025, and officially on sale from January 16, 2026. This year's collection includes two enticing new offerings: the Cocktail Chocolate Collection and the Tablet Art Chocolate, designed to not only serve as the perfect gift for loved ones but also as a luxurious indulgence for oneself.

Cocktail Chocolate Collection

The Cocktail Chocolate Collection features four delightful bonbons, each encapsulating the essence of a favorite cocktail flavor. The selection includes a heart-shaped Kir Royale, which boasts fragrant notes of champagne and the tangy sweetness of cassis. Other flavorful options are the Kahlua Milk, which combines smooth milk ganache with rich coffee and Kahlua; the refreshing Mojito, a perfect blend of mint, lime, and aromatic white rum; and the vibrant Tequila Sunrise, which showcases a medley of orange ganache with tequila jelly and berry accents.

Available in 4-piece and 9-piece assortments, customers can also opt for the Sweet Edition, combining the Kir Royale and Kahlua Milk for a splendid tasting experience. These chocolates are ideal for various occasions, adding a touch of luxury and flavor to any celebration.

Tablet Art Chocolate

In addition to the cocktail treats, the Tablet Art Chocolate offers three visually stunning flavors that are as artistic as they are delicious. The Peche, a harmonious blend of peach and mango with a hint of lemon scent, delivers a unique tasting experience adorned with luxurious almonds. The Agrume, with its bold blood orange and bergamot flavors balanced by lime, creates a playful chocolate texture. Finally, the Cool Rosé combines the fragrant notes of rose with the tart sweetness of griotte cherries and mixed berries, promising an enchanting moment for the senses.

As part of the collection, the shop will also feature popular baked goods like the Moelleux Chocolate and various Nut Chocolates, suitable for gifting or treating oneself.
