With over 17 years of experience at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm. Throughout his remarkable career, he played an instrumental role in developing the agency's Subordinated Debt rule and acted as a key advisor to the U.S. Department of the Treasury regarding the Emergency Capital Investment Program (ECIP), facilitating more than $2 billion in capital investments in credit unions across the country.
