Naomi Saeki, the chef and owner of PEDIBUS JAMBUS, was born in Tokyo in 1973 and embarked on her culinary career at the age of 18. Her journey took her on a year-long culinary adventure in Europe, followed by three years of rigorous training in various French restaurants. After returning to Japan, she further honed her skills in international hotel restaurants for ten years. In November 2020, she opened Pedibus Jambus in Yutenji and relocated to Shirokanedai in 2023. Known for her love of food and travel, Naomi dreams of becoming a grandmother serving soups to travelers at her cozy lakeside drive-in, alongside her fluffy dog.
