About the Speaker


Yusuke Sato (Representative, HR Buddy Institute)


Yusuke Sato began his career at Accenture in the strategy consulting division, primarily focusing on strategy formulation projects for financial institutions and developing machine learning models for risk assessment. In 2012, following the birth of his daughter, he took a year-long parental leave that strengthened his desire to contribute to talent development, leading to his transition into the HR department upon returning to work.

At Accenture's HR division, he oversaw mid-career hiring before becoming responsible for new graduate recruitment reforms. Later, he took on HR strategy responsibilities. In April 2020, he became a specially appointed assistant professor at Keio University’s Graduate School of System Design and Management, where he earned his doctorate and was promoted to lecturer. His doctoral dissertation focused on “Evidence-Based Organizational Design,” and he is currently researching areas related to organizational analysis and AI-driven organizational design, including process design for job automation and digital workforce planning.
